RESERVATIONS
We recommend scheduling treatments in advance to ensure that your preferred time is available. You can book online, through our app, or over the phone. To schedule your first appointment, a valid credit card reservation is necessary. We accept all major credit cards, apple pay, android pay and cash. We do not accept checks. If you must cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in full charge for the service.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your appointment or you will be charged for the full price of your services. Appointments that are made on the same day cannot be canceled or changed.

CHECK IN
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out our short confidential intake form.
​
LATE ARRIVALS
Please note that arriving late will determine the length of your treatment. If you arrive later than the time of your scheduled appointment, your treatment will be shortened in consideration of the next guest and our cleaning procedures. Thank you for understanding.

MINOR POLICY
We require that minors under the age of 16 be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Both the guardian's and minor's signature and consent are required before the massage begins. Parental presence is necessary for the duration of the massage. We do not provide services for minors under 14.

GRATUITY
Gratuity is customary and is preferred in cash. Tips may be left in the tip box supplied in each treatment room.

GIFT CARDS
Our gift cards are prepaid and are available in store for purchase, or may be purchased online through MindBody. Please note that any gift cards purchased in store cannot be redeemed on the same day of purchase.

FRIENDS & FAMILY REFERRAL DISCOUNT
We greatly appreciate when our clients tell their friends and family about Eastside Massage. When a friend or a loved one comes in and uses your name, you will receive $5.00 off your next massage!

PEACE & QUIET POLICY
To preserve the relaxing environment, we ask that cellphones be put on silent while inside of our center. If you must take a phone call, you may do so outside of the building. Voices must be kept low in the treatment rooms and in the waiting area. Thank you for your consideration.

LOST PROPERTY
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or left behind property.

CLASSPASS
We only accept ClassPass appointments Monday through Friday.

Here's what to expect when you visit us.

We ask that new clients arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled massage therapy treatment.

You will be welcomed by our courteous staff and be asked to complete a brief and confidential medical history form.
​

Payment will be taken before services are rendered.
​​

Your New York State Licensed Massage Therapist will greet you and bring you to your private and serene treatment room. Once in the treatment room, they will discuss with you the most appropriate therapeutic massage for you, based on your medical history, posture, muscle issues, personal preferences and individual needs.

Let your massage therapist know if you would like your table heated.

After your mini consultation, you will privately disrobe and relax in comfort. Feel free to allow yourself to drift into a quiet and peaceful state.

After your massage, be sure to drink plenty of water, and enjoy that wonderful post-massage feeling!

Gratuity is customary and preferred in cash, and may be given directly to your massage therapist or placed in an envelope and left in the gratuity box in the treatment room.
